We believe in the Cooperative Program, and we give to help insure that all money given by Georgia Baptists can best be used together instead of individually by churches. The Cooperative Program keeps hundreds of missionaries in nations around the World, and helps with church planting, revitalization and many other vital aspects of church life.
We support the IMB, whose sole purpose is to equip and plant missionaries around the World so that the name of Christ will be proclaimed to all the nations. We support with our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, and our Lead Pastor, Morgan Kerr is currently serving on the IMB Board of Trustees.
Plain Gospel Missions
This is a ministry in Northern Mexico that provides a safe orphanage for kids, and also plants churches, conducts backyard VBS, and helps reach the people for Christ in many villages in the Mountains of Northern Mexico. Pine Forest is planning on serving there on mission in 2018.
Pine forest supports Mid-State Baptist Association, which has been instrumental here in Macon, not only with churches helping churches, but in helping serve the community with its Food Pantry and Counseling services. Our youth and children often go and help pack the food boxes for this ministry as well as conduct food drives for Mid-State.
Pine Forest participates with Operation Christmas Child in sharing the message of God’s Love with childern around the world. We collect items, and pack shoe box gifts with love and prayer. We have been a drop off center since 2014.
