Norm Yukers
Norm served in the U.S. Navy and was saved half way through a Naval career. After serving part time as a singles director at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church in Virginia Beach Va., he and Sandra went to Thomas Road Baptist church in Lynchburg Va. There they were the singles pastor and Norm attended Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. From there they went to Los Gatos California where Norm became the executive pastor. Returning east Norm became the minister of education at Rehoboth Baptist Church. He received his doctorate degree while serving there. Norm and Sandra came to Macon in early 2001 to accept the position as associate pastor at Mabel White Baptist Church and became the pastor at Pine Forest in late 2005. Norm has served on the administrative team of the Macon Baptist Association and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the GBC and serves on the Board of Directors of the Christian Index, our state Baptist paper. He also currently leads the pastor’s conference team for the association.

Rob Hobby
“Rob grew up in Fitzgerald and Tifton, GA, grandson of a pastor and son of a minister of music and educators. He was saved at age six, surrendered to God’s call to the ministry at age sixteen, and began serving his first church at age seventeen, placing him in the gospel ministry now for over 30 years. He received his BA degree in Music from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, and his M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX. Rob served churches in Texas and Florida before returning to his native Georgia in 1997. He has served the Mid-State Baptist Association on the administrative team and as Moderator in 2004-2006. Rob is an active member of the Sons of Jubal, enjoys hunting and fishing, and is an avid Braves baseball fan. He married V-Ann Heard in 1984 and she teaches 4th grade in the Bibb Co. school system. They have two grown children. Deana married Brian Mathes in 2010 and they are pursuing their goal of having their own Chic-fil-a store. Blake is a student and baseball player at NGCSU in Dahlonega. Rob and V-Ann live in Monroe Co. and have three dogs… and a goat!”

John Marc Cooling
John Marc became our Children and Recreation Director at Pine Forest in November 2008. He and his wife Amanda have a 4 year old son Eli and a two year old daughter, Reese. He has his Bachelor of Arts in History from Macon State College. He is an avid athlete and outdoorsman and enjoys coaching and teaching children about Christ through Recreation.
Youth Pastor
TJ Jones
T. J. Jones graduated from Liberty University with his Bachelors in Worship and Music Studies and minor in Biblical Studies on May 15, 2010. He has served here at Pine Forest since August 1st 2010, during which time he met his beautiful wife Kacie Jones; they were married on November 12th 2011. Since his arrival at Pine Forest Baptist he, together with the staff and volunteers, has implemented a spiritual growth curriculum, various youth sports leagues and a youth outreach program. Financial Secretary
Kim Ross
Kim has been the Financial Secretary at Pine Forest since October 2002. She graduated from Macon State College with an associate degree in Business Administration. She is married to Michael Ross and they have two beautiful children. Kaylee is 4 years old and Thomas is 2 years old. They attend Lizella Baptist Church and live in Monroe County.
Administrative Assistant
Rhonda Stowe
Rhonda has been the Administrative Assistant at Pine Forest since December 2008. She has authored two books, and is married to Steve Stowe . Together they have worked in areas of occupational and volunteer ministry for over fifteen years, and are parents of two children, Kymberly and Steven.
